Carrigtwohill is a thriving satellite village with a population of over 5,000 people located approximately 15kms east of Cork city and just off the N25 Cork / Waterford Road via junctions 3 and 4.

According to the Local Area Plan 2017, Carrigtwohill has a population target of 11,618 by 2022 which will give rise to an additional 3,195 households and there is sufficient land zoned to meet this demand.

DESCRIPTION

The proposed pharmacy unit is situated to the front of the Castle Court mixed use development which is located at the eastern end of the village at the entrance to the Castlelake residential estate and adjacent to the IDA Carrigtwohill Business & Technology Park. Aldi are a long established occupier within the development and the HSE along with a GP Practice have recently taken occupation of the second floor. 

The unit extends to approximately 1,211 sq.ft. and has a 25ft wide shop front. In addition ceiling heights vary from 16ft to 17ft and may have capacity for a mezzanine floor.
